Orders

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

To protect the cardholder, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders once they have been placed.

What if an item is sold out?

You can join the waitlist by adding your contact information on the product page, and we’ll notify you when the item becomes available.

When will my pre-order be shipped?

Pre-order items will display a "Pre Order" option instead of "Add to Cart." The estimated delivery timeframe is shown on the product page under the description, though this date is subject to change.

Payment

When will I be charged?

Your payment will be processed when your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, allthreestudio.com gift cards, and Affirm. (See more details here).

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours and shipped based on your selected shipping option. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times, and we cannot guarantee same-day processing.

Why did I receive multiple deliveries for my order?

In some cases, items from your order may ship from different locations, resulting in multiple shipments. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Returns

What is All Three's return policy?

Items purchased on allthreestudio.com can be returned within 14 days of the original ship date if they are in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags still attached. Gift items can be returned until January 15, 2024. Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.

How do I start a domestic return or exchange?

You can initiate a return or exchange by visiting our Returns Portal here.

How do I process an international return?

Visit our Returns Portal here to start an international return. A $25 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

When will I receive my refund?

After your return is inspected and approved, you will receive an email confirming the issuance of your refund or store credit. Please allow up to 21 business days for the return to be processed.
